Train the person behind the controller

All levels · Home + Gym · 3 sessions + daily basics
You train your mechanics in-game. This trains the person sitting behind them. Build physical capacity, move more and stay better prepared for long gaming sessions.
General training and daily basics. It doesn't improve aim or rank automatically, prevent injuries, or treat wrist, neck or back pain — and it doesn't replace healthcare.

Progression // Each quality progresses its own way
- Strength: load + reps.
- Neck: time + control. Gentle, never aggressive.
- Forearms: reps + control, with appropriate load.
- Mobility: range + control. Reaction: quality, plus accuracy or speed where you can measure it.
- Conditioning: time, distance or pace.
